We us refers to Hastings Windsurfing Ltd trading as Epic Life, hereafter referred to as Epic Life
Goods, item(s) – refers to any product or article purchased from Epic Life and acknowledged as purchased by us, and you in the form of a receipt.
- Upon receipt of your order and clearance of payment your goods will be despatched as outlined in the delivery options. If for any reason good cannot be despatched you will be informed within 7 days.
- All goods are inspected for faults before leaving our premises. However, if upon Receipt of goods any item is faulty, we will gladly replace it free of charge, provided we are notified within 7 working days after receipt of goods. If due to stock levels we cannot replace we will endeavour to offer a suitable replacement or offer you a refund. Simply follow the returns procedure as outlined and return all faulty goods within 14 days after receipt of the goods. All returns are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend you send all returned goods via traceable means e.g. Recorded Delivery. All goods must be returned for us to inspect if a refund is to be given. Please only return the faulty item(s) and not the whole delivery as this will not be accepted and you will be charged for re-delivery.
- All orders that are cancelled
must be unopened and unworn and in the original
Packaging. If the order has not been despatched a full refund will be given. If the order has been despatched then a refund will be given once we have received the goods. Please note we are unable to refund the cost of the postage.
- If you are purchasing
items that will be worn next to the skin around the crotch
Area i.e board shorts, swimming trunks, underwear or bikini bottoms, or similar, please ensure you have the correct size as outlined in our size guide. If we consider the garment has been worn next to the skin then new items will only be despatched upon receipts of payment for replacement otherwise original garments will be resent. We understand that some garments may not fit – so please ensure you wear your own underwear underneath when trying on for size, so there is no problem if an exchange is required
- Where there is a choice of size or colour, please ensure you have selected the size and colour you require, otherwise default will be selected and this may cause problems should you wish to make a return.
Epic Life will endeavour to supply only the highest quality products and believe you will be delighted with your product. If you are unhappy with your product in any way you may return it by following the steps outlined below.
If you wish to return an item you must first obtain a returns number, you can do this by either phoning us 0n 01424 714711 or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please ensure you contact us within 7 days of receipt of the goods, and tell us your reason for the return. Please note we cannot accept any returned item (s) without this prior authorisation.
Once obtained the returns number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package and sent to us at the address below. Packages without this returns number visible will not be accepted. All returned items must have a copy of the receipt in the package and the item must be in the original condition in which it was received and all the original packaging and tags must be intact.
For exchanges or refunds of any item (s) they must be returned within 14 working days.
Returned postal charges will apply to exchanges or refunds of items (s). we will only refund the postage if the garment is faulty or is incorrect.
You will be responsible for the item (s) until they reach us. For your own protection we suggest you use a insured delivery method, and requires a signature upon delivery.

Epic life will despatch your order that day if received by 12.00 or the following working day if placed after 12.00 subject to stock levels. If there is going to be a delay or the item is temporarily out of stock we will contact you to discuss alternatives.
We use Royal Mail and City Link for our deliveries. The normal post option normally takes 3 – 5 working days (mon – fri) , If you live in a far away location in the UK and Ireland please allow an extra couple of days for delivery.
Delivery charges are as follows:
Standard Delivery – (normally takes up to 5 working days):
Grade 1: Value of order up to £15.00 Delivery charge
Grade 2: Value of order up to £40.00 Delivery charge £2.50
Grade 3: Value of order over £41.00 Delivery charge £5.00
Grade 4: Delivery charge will be as stated.
Next Day delivery:
Grade 1: Value of order up to £15.00 Delivery charge
Grade 2: Value of order up to £40.00 Delivery charge £5.95
Grade 3: Value of order over £41.00 Delivery charge £7.95
Grade4: Delivery charge as stated.
Please note we cannot accept next day or 48 Hour delivery to the following areas : - Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Channels Islands and the Isle of Scilly, we can only offer the standard delivery which takes approx 3 – 5 working days. Please ensure you select the correct delivery option when ordering.
Epic Life Ltd reserve the right to amend orders placed with incorrect delivery option without notice.
Please note that at present we cannot accept orders from outside the United Kingdom.
