Lets get motivated together
Join the team Epic staff in Jan/Feb to keep motivated and get our paddle fitness ready for the summer season.
It is not always easy to paddle during the Winter months so we thought we would challenge ourselves over Jan & Feb to see how many miles we can do as a group from paddling, walking, running, cycling, swimming or any other exercise you can manage, it doesn’t matter if it’s 10mins – 1 hour every minute counts.
If weather allows, we will be running social paddles, 5k distance paddles and trips over Jan & Feb which will all count of if we are unable to hold these, we can get the minutes up by being active with a group walk.
It would be great to have as many of you as possible to join us and we will also have an individual prize of a £25 voucher which can be used at any of our locations or shop for the person with the most minutes completed.
We will be starting from Saturday 7th January.
Once signed up from 7th January start to record your minutes of exercise via your watch or any of the exercise apps available and we will set up a WhatsApp group for you to send a picture across of the minutes you’ve completed.
On our EpicLife sup club page on the website you will be able to see a record sheet of how many miles we are all achieving and can encourage each other on the Sup Club Facebook page and WhatsApp group.
We will be putting out information and tips to help you along the way and if there are any questions you have about exercising or exercises to help with paddling please do not hesitate to ask us, our Personal Trainer Julie will be happy to help.
