PaddleFit is a fun session for “regulars” to get out and enjoy the river or the sea while practicing your paddleboarding skills and exercising all at the same time.
Sit ups, press ups and planks on a paddleboard are great ways to test and improve balance, core strength and endurance all while having fun on the water with a great bunch of people.
With wave conditions allowing PaddleFit Hastings will take the opportunity to pick up the surf as often as they can and share party waves at every available opportunity!
We’ll happily have a little competition to improve paddle power or put you through your paces
The sessions are suitable for paddlers who’ve completed our two-hour SUP session, or the equivalent if you opt for private/group bookings. (Must be a reasonably competent paddler & swimmer)
Equipment (including wetsuits when needed) are provided. Classes are limited in size and subject to board availability. Must book to avoid disappointment…you’ll need to keep an eye on our Facebook page to see when we’re next going to be out!

£10 per person with own board / £15 with board hire
What You Need
- Shoes you can get wet in – Trainers or wet suit boots are ideal – no sandals, crocs or open toed shoes – you must have solid footwear.
- A large towel for changing
- Swimming Kit – Arrive in your swimming kit to save time, we have wetsuits available if required
- Sun Protection – Please bring suncream and/or a sun hat
