SUP Yoga

This summer we’re excited to introduce SUP Yoga!

The sessions will run from Tonbridge for 90 minutes and include a short paddle to and from your yoga spot and a 60 minute yoga class with Charlotte Barton. Charlotte qualified as a yoga teacher in 2016 with yoga London and teaches mainly vinyasa flow yoga in and around Tonbridge. The session is suitable for all and will offer a challenge, movement and relaxation.

Sundays 10.30am – 12.00pm

£25 including board (book 5 or more sessions for reduced cost of £20)

£15 with your own board

What You Need

  • Shoes you can get wet in – Trainers or wet suit boots are ideal – no sandals, crocs or open toed shoes – you must have solid footwear.
  • A large towel for changing
  • Swimming Kit – Arrive in your swimming kit to save time, we have wetsuits available if required
  • Sun Protection – Please bring suncream and/or a sun hat
